  • How to install PC Health Aid?

    • Click here to download PC Health Aid.
    • You will see the product is downloading (left corner of your browser).
    • Click on the downloaded file, when ”Do you want to run this file?” appears, click on Run.
    • When “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?” appears, click on Yes.
    • Select the set up language and click OK.
    • Continue with the installation process, click Next and wait until the set up is finished.
    • As soon as this step is finished, PC Health Aid will start to scan your PC.
    • When the scan is finished, you will see a report about the errors on your machine.
    • Click on Fix issues in order to buy a License key for PC Health Aid and unlock all the features and fully activate the product.
    • You can also go to the second option, Fix 15 issues, and try PC Health Aid before you decide to buy it.

     

    • If you already purchased a License key for PC Health Aid, you have to activate the product. Go to the 3rd option in the window, under Purchase now and Fix 15 errors.
      ”Already purchased PC Health Aid? Click here to enter your key” and copy and paste your License key into the License key box and simply click on Register now.
  • How to activate PC Health Aid?

    You will need a License Key to unlock all the software features.

    • Go to Start menu > All Programs, and click on the PC Health Aid icon.
    • If you cannot find the icon, please follow the instructions below. **
    • If the icon is there, open the software by double-clicking it.
    • PC Health Aid will open and click on the Register Now button on the right side.
    • Just Copy + Paste the License key from the email receipt you received after purchase into the product activation window and click Register now.
    • PC Health Aid will now clean up the issues found on your PC.

    ** If you don’t have PC Health Aid installed on your PC, please follow the instructions listed below:

    • Click here to download PC Health Aid.
    • You will see the product is downloading (left corner of your browser).

  • Why do I need a License key? What is a License key?

    In order to unlock all the features of the software, you will need to buy a License Key.
    Your License Key is a unique activation code. This code will be used to activate your product.
    The correct format of your 15-character License Key is: XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX
    The License Key can be found on your order receipt. When you find it, simply copy + paste it into the product activation window.

  • What can this software do for my PC?

  • PC Health Aid refuses to accept my License Key. What should I do?

    If your License Key is not being accepted, please make sure that you are entering it exactly as it appears in your receipt.
    Bear in mind that the License Key is case sensitive.
    Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of PC Health Aid.
    Keep in mind that the correct format of your 15-character License Key is: XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX

After Installation

  • How do I stop PC Health Aid from running a scan at startup?

    In order to disable PC Health Aid from launching at startup, follow the steps below:

    • Launch PC Health Aid.
    • Click on the Settings > General tab and uncheck “Launch at Windows startup and start a registry scan”
    • Click on Apply button to save this setting.
  • I already bought your software. Why am I being prompted to purchase PC Health Aid again?

    This means that your PC Health Aid has not yet been activated.
    Follow the steps below in order to activate your PC Health Aid:

    • Run PC Health Aid (Start > Programs > PC Health Aid folder > Open PC Health Aid)
    • When the program starts, PC Health Aid will automatically scan your computer.
    • Click on the Fix Issues button when it appears. When an alert box pops up, click Yes to proceed.
    • A new pop up window will appear asking you to insert your License Key. Just Copy + Paste it from the email receipt you received after purchase into the product activation window and click Register Now.
    • PC Health Aid will then clean up the issues it found on your PC.
  • Why do I still have the same errors after using PC Health Aid?

    In order to get the most out of this program, make sure that all other programs are closed before starting your next system scan.
    Note: PC Health Aid cannot clean the items that are being used by other programs simultaneously.
    Again, make sure you close all other programs before running PC Health Aid.

     

    Our recommendation:

    • Run your Registry – scan and clean cycle until your errors are 10 or less. The scan and clean process gets faster with each cycle. If you started with hundreds of errors, this will greatly improve your computer’s performance.
    • Run your Registry scan regularly – at least once per week, or even every other day if you use your PC on a daily basis.
  • Can I transfer my License Key to another computer?

    Unfortunately, transferring your License Key is not possible.
    You will need to purchase a new License Key in order to activate our product(s) on alternate devices.
    To avoid any misunderstandings, this is clearly stated in our EULA .
    In our EULA, it is clearly stated that our products may only be installed and used by a single user on a single PC.
    Therefore, the program cannot not be installed, displayed, shared, or used concurrently on different computers.

  • Can I install PC Health Aid on my tablet or mobile device?

    Unfortunately, that is not possible. You can only use this software on your laptop or PC.

  • Nothing happens when I click Run to start the installation. What should I do?

    Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    • Right click PC Health Aid folder and delete it.
    • Double click the Software folder.
    • Double click on ‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER‘.
    • Do you want to allow the following changes“, Click Yes.
    • In the Start menu Search Box, type ‘Regedit‘.

     

    • In the next steps, download and install the software again:
    • Click here to download PC Health Aid.You will see the product is downloading (left corner of your browser).
    • Click on the downloaded file, when ”Do you want to run this file?”, appears click on Run.
    • When ”Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?” appears , click on Yes.
    • Select the set up language and click OK.
    • Continue with the installation process, click Next and wait until the set up is finished.
    • As soon as this step is finished, PC Health Aid will start to scan your PC.
    • When the scan is finished, you will see a report about the errors on your machine.

    With the Automatic Renewal feature turned on, you will receive automatic updates for your product.
    Of course, you will be reminded via email before this renewal takes place a few days prior to the charge.

  • How do I opt out of the Auto-Renewal service?

    You can opt out of the Automatic Renewal option at any time.

  • Where do I find my receipt?

    Please check your email ‘Spam’ folder.
    The confirmation email with your License Key(s) and Instructions may sometimes appear in the spam folder in your mailbox.
    If you did not receive a confirmation email, please send an email to: [email protected] and our Customer Support agents will assist you.

Uninstall

  • How do I Uninstall PC Health Aid?

    To uninstall our product, there are 3 options to choose from:

    Option 1:

    Go to > Start menu > Programs folder and search for PC Health Aid.

    Click on Uninstall PC Health Aid. The program will begin the uninstall process.

    Option 2:

    Go to > Control panel > Programs and features, find PC Health Aid.

    Double click on it and select Uninstall. The program will begin the uninstall process.

    Option 3:

    Go to your Computer > Local disc (C:)> Program files and search for PC Health Aid and delete the file.

    Please note that in Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10, you will find ‘Programs and features’, that are located in the Control Panel.
